How do I access my account?

  • Click the Sign-In link in the top navigation and then enter your email along with the initial provided password.
  • Please note: Your account has been created for you, but may or may not use your Envision email.  If your Envision email doesn't work, please try a secondary email you may have registered with HR.

What if I don't know and/or forget my password?

  • Click the Sign-In link in the top navigation and click the "Forgot your password" link.  Please note the email to reset your password will come from envision_store_support@hypte.com and may get routed to your Junk/Spam/Clutter folder, so please check there as well as your main inbox.

How do I access/use my Store Credit (if applicable)?

  • Once logged in your account balance will automatically be deducted at checkout.  NO COUPON CODE IS NECESSARY.
    • Any balance remaining, after your store credit is applied, will require a credit card payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders will ship once all items are complete and within 4-6 weeks of order date (weekends not included).
  • Please note: If an item is backordered or requires additional time due to the specific brand, you will be notified via email.

What is your exchange/return policy?

  • Because most items are decorate on demand, we are not currently accepting returns/exchanges.
    • RETURNABLE exceptions will be made for the following reasons:
      • Items received are not was was ordered
      • Items are damaged
    • NON-returnable reasons:
      • Doesn't fit
      • Don't like material/color/etc
  • Please utilize the item descriptions, size charts and any other info provided when making your purchase.
